Returns/Refunds

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the order date and will only be credited for the full purchase price if the items are unused,unopened and in original packaging including all paperwork parts & accessories. All items returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge of the original purchase price not including any shipping, handling or incurred surcharges. In the event a shipment status become undeliverable, soley from the receivers neglect no refunds will be given for returned product. Used or damaged items will not be concidered for return. Certain special order, custom designed or manufactured items are non-cancelable and/or non-refundable. Purchases older them 30 days will not be considered for refund or exchange.  Items received in damaged or unusable condition must be reported immediately and kept in original condition in order for us to open a claim against the carrier if necessary. Any supporting documentation or pictures of the damaged items is also necessary in order to support a claim. Failure to comply may result in denial of any claims made against CEW. 

Items marked as clearance may include open box, or irregular manufacturing defects are final sale and not eligible for refund or return.

Orders including any presale or custom items are considered special order and are not eligible for a refund.  Refunds will not be given for any reason if a presale or custom order is cancelled. Presale items that have balances unpaid, have not been picked up or have not had delivery arranged 14 or more days past notification of readiness and completion, may be returned to stock in conjunction with the original contract order becoming void and loss of all deposits and/or payments.

Items qualifying for a refund will credited in the same form as originally purchased.  Items that do not qualify for refund under these guidelines may be issued a store credit.

The following  conditions must be met in order to receive a full product refund or credit.                                                                            

    1)      The item is returned at your cost, unused and unopened (where applicable)  in the original packaging including any parts & accessories

    2)       Original receipt/copy or mobile  device display. 

    3)       Product was  defective prior to or damaged during transport.

    4)       The item was not custom ordered, custom manufactured or designed, or purchased at a discounted rate via clearance, presale or special order.

 

     PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEM(S) CAREFULLY UPON DELIVERY. ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM  FAILURE TO SUBMIT A SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIM WITHIN 24 HOURS MAY RESULT IN YOUR CLAIM BEING REJECTED!
